- KUNG FU PANDA / PG -- 6/5 Wow! I loved this film. It is one of the best animations of the times. Definetly the best that Dreamworks has come out with. The characters are well developed and the story is full of excitement, humor, and heartfelt emotion. Jack Black has a great voice that took this movie to the level it is. There are lots of great lines to quote in this one. It's clean and keeps you awake.
- CRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN / PG-13 -- 6/5 This film far serpassed my expectations. I love the books, but the movies are so well made. I loved the added romance with Susan. It was great to see the kids growing up. I'm excited to see which movie they are going to make next. This is a must see!
- INDIANA JONES AND THE KINDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL / PG-13 -- 5/5 I liked the story. It was interesting to see the change that Indiana has gone through and that the legacy will live on. I was disapointed in a few things. Some of the CG elements were poor. Really poor. I would expect better. The last kiss was aweful. They should have done a lot more research on a lot of the story. It was action-packed and I enjoyed it.
- Titan A.E. / G -- 5/5 This is an older animation that was made about a decade ago, but this was the first time I've seen it. I'm a big Sci-fi fan, and so I like the different types of ideas that people create. I was impressed with the storyline. It's on www.hulu.com if you'd like to watch it. Some unexpected voices are in the show. Try to guess who is who...
- IRONMAN / PG-13 -- 5/5 Loved. I am so glad that this movie came out. It's got a great message to kids, even though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone younger than 13 cause of the rating.... I loved this movie's cast. It's great to see Robert Downey Jr. on the screen again. After watching it I came home and watched "Only You" and I couldn't find "Heart and Souls," or else I would have watched that too. Gwenith Paltrow is great in this movie too. Their "thing" was predictable, but still cute to see played out. Please watch this if you would like to see a good flick. There is violence. What good action film doesn't have it?
- LEATHERHEADS / PG-13 -- 5/5 This is a great movie. Loved every minute of it. You know some movies have parts where they lag and you (the viewer) start to think about your laundry and tedious things that you need to get done--becuase the movie is so boring? Well, this movie had no such part. Kudos to George Clooney. Great directing job. I'm a big John Kersanski fan, and it was nice to see him in a role that doesn't play him as the "best" guy. The casting was great. Not the people I would have put together, but the cemistry was great. It's got a great plot too. I loved the costumes. Renee's hat's are great. I even liked the first one. (Boy would I have fun wearing that!) Watch this one if you want a good laugh.
- JUNO / PG-13 -- 6/5 Hilarious. BE WARNED that this movie is not to be taken likely. It does deal with real situations that happen in life, but in the most laughable way possible. Juno is great and I think anyone will learn from it!
